When you enter our home at 1004 Euclid Ave, we want you to feel like you’re stepping into a safe haven, where you can bring the struggles, sorrows, and even joys of your story and find deep resonant care for your whole self.

Each intensive is personally curated for the specific needs of each couple, including length of stay, where you’ll sleep, what we’ll eat, and how we’ll spend our time together.

You’re time with us will include:

lingering in unhurried conversation, exploring your story.

sharing healthy, home-cooked meals.

moving our bodies on walking trails or paddling on lakes.

exploring tools to equip you for challenges awaiting you at home.

responding to the invitation of contrast therapy — cold plunge & sauna.

We’ll give you tools to help you face the challenges you’ll return home to.
